Suspect arrested in Shariatpur farmer murder case
RAB-8, CPC-3, Madaripur arrested 02 accused within 1 hour of the case, the sensational head of the case of hacking to death of farmer Kamal Bepari of Naria police station of Shariatpur district.*
A farmer named Kamal Bepari (45) was hacked to death in Shariatpur’s Nariya. The incident took place at Kazikandi area of Rajnagar Union of the upazila on Friday, October 18. Deceased Kamal Bepari is the son of deceased Hossain Bepari of Kazikandi area. He was a farmer. He has two daughters and one son.
It is known from the police and local sources that for a long time there was a conflict between Kamal Bepari of the same area with Ali Hossain Sardar of Kazikandi area of Naria Upazila. On Friday morning, Masuda Begum, wife of Kamal Bepari, and Shireen Begum, wife of Ali Hossain’s cousin, Ayanal Sardar’s cousin, quarreled on Friday morning. Ali Hossain, Aynal Sardars got angry about this. Later in the afternoon, while returning home from the local Andharmanik market, 10-12 people along with Ali Hossain, Aynal Sardar took Kamal Bepari inside the house of Idris Sardar in Kazikandi area, hacked him in various parts of his body with native weapons including chapati, hammer and left him injured. Later, the locals rescued him and took him to Dewan Medical, a private hospital in the area, and the doctor on duty sent him to Dhaka Medical College Hospital. Kamal Bepari died later in the afternoon at Dhaka Medical.
In continuation of this, RAB-08, CPC-03 Madaripur camp and RAB-4, CPC-2 special joint expeditionary team based on secret information today 21 October 2024 AD. At around 12:45 pm, 02 main accused 1 in the murder case of sensational farmer Kamal Bepari of Naria police station of Shariatpur district conducted a raid in Urail area under Savar Model police station of Dhaka district. Md. Ali Hossain (42) and 2. Md. Amir Hossain (37) was arrested. They are accused No. 1 and No. 3 of the case respectivelyThe two arrested accused have been handed over to Naria police station of Shariatpur district for taking further legal action
