সেনা- রাব, বিজিবি,পুলিশকে জনগনের সামনে প্রশ্নবিদ্ধ করতে কিছু আওয়ামী মিডিয়াকর্মি ও আওয়ামী নেতা, দূর্নীতিবাজ ব্যাবসায়ি উঠে পরে লেগেছে।এতে করে বর্তমান এ সরকারের সাথে আইনশৃঙ্খলা বাহিনীর সাথে দ্বন্দ যেমন হবে, তেমনি ব্যাবসায়িরা অধিক মুনাফা করতে পারবে।সেই সাথে ফ্যাসিস্ট সরকার ফিরে আসবে।

আওয়ামী লীগ সরকারের সময়ে আইনশৃঙ্খলা বাহিনীর সদস্যদের পোশাক পরে ডাকাতি, ছিনতাই, টাকা লুট ও অপহরণের ঘটনা ছিল নিত্যনৈমিত্তিক। প্রতিদিনই দেশের কোথাও না কোথাও আইনশৃঙ্খলা বাহিনীর সদস্যের পরিচয়ে জোর করে উঠিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়া হতো। আইনশৃঙ্খলা বাহিনীর পরিচয়ে কাউকে তুলে নিয়ে নির্যাতন, গুম কিংবা ডাকাতির ঘটনায় অপরাধীদের ধরতে বেগ পেতে হয় পুলিশের।তখন মিডিয়া কর্মিরা সংবাদ উপস্থাপন তেমন করতে পারতো না আবার অনেকে করতো না।

গত ৫ আগস্ট শেখ হাসিনার সরকার পতনের পরেও এমন চিত্র দেখা যাচ্ছে। পুলিশের নিষ্ক্রিয়তায় ভুয়া ডিবি, র‍্যাব কিংবা সেনাবাহিনীর পরিচয়ে টাকা লুট কিংবা অভিযানের নামে অপকর্ম করছে অপরাধীরা,এমন চিত্রই তুলে ধরা হচ্ছে,যে কারনে আতংকগ্রস্থ্য ঢাকার মানুষ একটু হট্টগোল হলেই, ডাকাত ভেবে ফেইসবুকে স্ট্যাটাস দিয়ে বসছে।

খোঁজ নিয়ে জানা গেছে, বিগত সরকারের সময়ে যারা এসব অপরাধে জড়িত ছিল তাদের কেউ কেউ কারামুক্ত হয়ে আগের পেশা হিসেবে আইনশৃঙ্খলা বাহিনীর ভুয়া পরিচয়ে নকল পোশাকে অপকর্মে জড়াচ্ছে। কেউ আবার অন্তর্বর্তী সরকারকে বেকায়দায় ফেলতে এসব অপরাধ করছে। এসব অপকর্ম করে দোষ চাপাচ্ছে আইনশৃঙ্খলা বাহিনীর ওপর। অপরাধীদের মধ্যে আবার কেউ আছেন আইনশৃঙ্খলা বাহিনীর চাকরিচ্যুত সদস্য। তারা এসব অপকর্ম খুব কৌশলেই করেন।

বর্তমানে আইনশৃঙ্খলা বাহিনীর সদস্যদের পোশাক পরে ডাকাতির ঘটনায় জনমনে শঙ্কা ও উদ্বেগ বেড়েছে। বিশেষ করে বড় ব্যবসায়ীরা রয়েছেন অনেকটা আতঙ্কে। অভিযানের কথা বলে কে কখন বাসায় কড়া নাড়েন সে ভয়ও কাজ করছে অনেকের মধ্যে।

সম্প্রতি রাজধানীর উত্তরা,মোহাম্মদপুরে সহ বিভিন্ন এলাকায়, গভীর রাতে সেনাবাহিনী ও রাব এর পোশাক পরে, সংঘবদ্ধ ভাবে একটি দল ডাকাতি করে আসছে। অন্তর্বর্তী সরকারের দুই মাসের মাথায় এমন সংবাদ জনমনে আতঙ্ক সৃষ্টি করেছে।

মোহাম্মদপুরে ডাকাতির ঘটনার পর প্রশ্ন উঠেছে ডাকাতরা কীভাবে সেনাবাহিনীর পোশাক, হেলমেট ও র‍্যাবের পোশাক এবং অন্যান্য সরঞ্জাম পেয়েছে? এসব সরঞ্জাম ব্যবহার করে তারা এর আগে কী কী ধরনের অপরাধ করেছে, সেগুলো নিয়েও চাঞ্চল্যের সৃষ্টি হয়েছে।সেই সাথে ব্যাবসায়ির ঘরে এতো টাকার খবর এরা কিভাবে জানত?এই সময়ে ৭০-৮০ ভরি স্বর্ন কারা বাড়িতে রেখে ব্যাবহার করে?এই আয়ের উৎস কি?এমনো নানা প্রশ্ন এলাকায় ঘুরে বেরাচ্ছে, প্রতিটি চায়ের দোকানে।

সেনাবাহিনী-র‍্যাবের পোশাক পেলো কোথায়?

খোঁজ নিয়ে জানা গেছে, বিভিন্ন ক্যান্টনমেন্টের আশেপাশের মার্কেটে সেনাবাহিনীর পোশাক কিনতে পাওয়া যায়। এক ধরনের অসাধু ব্যবসায়ী অতি মুনাফার মাধ্যমে সেনাবাহিনীর এসব পোশাক বিক্রি করেন। যাদের কাছে বিক্রি করেন তাদের বেশিরভাগই অসৎ উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করেন। রাজধানীর কচুক্ষেতে সেনাবাহিনীর পোশাক বিক্রি করেন কিছু ব্যবসায়ী।

শুধু সেনাবাহিনীর পোশাকই নয়, পুলিশ, ডিবি, র‍্যাব এমনকি বিজিবির পোশাক, ক্যাপ, হেলমেট, আইডি কার্ডও ঢাকাসহ দেশের বিভিন্ন দোকানে বিক্রি হয়। অপরাধী চক্রের কিছু নির্দিষ্ট দোকান রয়েছে, সেখান থেকেও তারা এসব পোশাক বেশি দামে সংগ্রহ করে থাকেন।
