In the afternoon today, a crowd of hundreds of thousands of people gathered at the Rani Samani intersection of Kolkata called by the Jamiat of West Bengal to save the waqf properties. Mosques and madrassas and dargahs are seeking to remove Eidgahs and Khankas Sharif. And this black law is going to be introduced to remove the economic development of the Muslim Ummah and their social status. Everyone should unite and fight against it. Mass organization and Millat of Muslim Ummah should come forward to save their property and mosques and madrasa dargahs and Eidgah grounds and khankasFor this, Mr. Masud Madani and the leadership of All Bharat Jamiat called for resistance across the country.
From today’s meeting, Ameer of Jamiat of West Bengal and Minister of West Bengal Government, Mr. Siddikulla Chowdhury said that they will not allow Waqf Property Act to be enforced on the land of West Bengal in any way. Their head of government and Trinamool Party president and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is against this black law. Also, if the Indian BJP and its allies want to enforce this law, public resistance will be created across the country. Today’s meeting was attended by Pirzada of West Bengal Furfura Sharif and Ameer of Jamaat and leaders of other political parties including West Bengal Jamaat Islami and Islamic thinkers.
