মাইনাস টু ২০০৭ ফর্মূলাতেই এগুচ্ছে বাংলাদেশ।

বাংলাদেশ প্রকৃতপক্ষে দেখা যাচ্ছে মাইনাস ২ ফর্মূলাতেই ধিরে ধিরে অগ্রসর হচ্ছে।কারন হিসাবে বলা যায়,কেন প্রধান উপদেষ্টার উপপ্রেস সচিব আজাদ মজুমদারকেও বলতে হলো ভবিষ্যতে মাইনাস টুর সম্ভাবনা নেই। ১৫ অক্টোবর রাজধানীর ফরেন সার্ভিস একাডেমিতে এক সংবাদ সম্মেলনে আজাদ মজুমদার বলেছেন তার সরকার মাইনাস টু কি সেটা জানে না এবং এ নিয়ে সরকারের ভিতর কোন আলোচনা হয়নি। মাইনাস টু একসময় জনপ্রিয় এবং জর্জিত একটি বিষয় ছিল। সেটি ২০০৭ সালে তৎকালীন সেনা সমর্থিত তত্বাবধায়ক সরকারের আমলে । তখন আলোচনা এমন ছিল মাইনাস টু মানে হচ্ছে রাজনীতি থেকে বেগম খালেদা জিয়া ও শেখ হাসিনাকে পুরোপুরি বিদায় করে দেয়া, বাদ দিয়ে দেয়া। তৎকালীন সরকার এ ব্যাপারে প্রথম থেকে বেশ সক্রিয় ছিল বিএনপি ও আওয়ামী লীগ এমনটাই মনে করতো এবং সুশীল সমাজে কেউ কেউ এ ব্যাপারে সরব ও সক্রিয় ছিলেন। তবে ঐ সময় অনেক আয়োজন করেও মাইনাস টু ফর্মুলা কার্যকর করা যায় নি।

বেগম খালেদা জিয়া ও শেখ হাসিনাকে রাজনীতি থেকে বিদায় করা সম্ভব হয়নি। সেই মাইনাস টু আবার এতদিন পরে ২০২৪ সালে এসে আলোচনায়। আলোচনাটা প্রথমে বেশি গুরত্ব পেয়েছে বিএনপির মহাসচিব মির্জা ফখরুল ইসলামের একটি বক্তব্যকে কেন্দ্র করে। মির্জা ফখরুল বলেছেন বিএনপি কোনভাবে রাজনীতিতে বিশ্বাস করে না এবং মাইনাস টু ফর্মুলা বাস্তবায়ন হোক সেটি চায় না। ঢাকা টাইমস বিভিন্ন পর্যায়ে খোজ খবর নিয়েছে জানতে পেরেছে মাইনাস টু নিয়ে একটি আলোচনা কোথাও কোথাও আছে এবং প্রাধান্যও পাচ্ছে। যেহেতু আওয়ামী লীগ সভানেত্রী শেখ হাসিনা দেশ ছেড়ে পালিয়েছেন ধরে নেওয়া হচ্ছে রাজনীতি থেকে তার এক ধরনের বিদায় হয়ে গেছে এখন বিএনপির যে শীর্ষ নেতৃত্ব সেই নেতৃত্ব রাজনীতি থেকে বাদ দিতে পারলে বাকিটা সম্প্ন্ন হয় এরকম একটি আশঙ্কা বিএনপির পক্ষ থেকেও আছে। বৈষম্যবিরোধী ছাত্র আন্দোলনের নেতৃবৃন্দ আওয়ামীলীগ সরকার পতনের পর প্রথম দিকে যেভাবে সরব হয়ে বলেছিলেন এক স্বৈরাচারকে বিদায় করেছি আরেক স্বৈরাচারকে আনার জন্য নয় এই বক্তব্য অনেকেই স্বাভাবিক মনে করছেন না। রাজনৈতিক পর্যবেক্ষকরা মনে করেন এই বক্তব্যের মধ্যে আওয়ামীলীগ এবং বিএনপিকে সুস্পষ্ট ইঙ্গিত করে কিছু বলার চেষ্টা করা হয়েছে।

আওয়ামীলীগ কে বিদায় দিয়ে বিএনপিকে আবার ক্ষমতায় আনা হবে এমন নয়। এটাই কি বৈষম্যবিরোধী ছাত্র আন্দোলনের নেতৃবৃন্দ বোঝাতে চেয়েছিলেন? এই প্রশ্নটি ঘুরপাক খাচ্ছে সুশীল সমাজ, রাজনৈতিক পর্যবেক্ষকসহ নাগরিক সমাজের বিভিন্ন মহলে। সেজন্যই রাজনীতিতে এই যে মাইনাস টু বিষয়টি আবার আলোচনায় আসছে। বিএনপি কিন্তু এ ব্যাপারে যথেষ্ট সজাগ বিএনপির নেতৃরাও সজাগ আর আওয়ামীলীগও ভিতরে ভিতরে এ বিষয়ে বিএনপির সঙ্গে সহমত। রাজনৈতিক বিশ্লেষকরা একটি বিষয়ে এখানে খুব সচেতনভাবে নিজেদের মধ্যে আলোচনায় নিয়ে আসছে সেটি হচ্ছে তারেক রহমানের দেশে ফেরা। তারেক রহমান কি সহসায় দেশে ফিরছেন? কেন ফিরছেন না তার যে মামলা মোকদ্দমা সেটি নিয়ে অন্তর্বর্তী সরকারের সাথে সুস্পষ্ট কোন আলোচনা হয়েছে কিনা কোন সমঝোতা হয়েছে কিনা যদি না হয়ে থাকে তাহলে সেই বিষয়টি কি বর্তমান এবং ভবিষ্যতে এই সরকারের সঙ্গে বিএনপির যে রাজনৈতিক বোঝাপড়া সেক্ষেত্রে কতটা নেতিবাচক প্রভাব ফেলবে সেটি কিন্তু রাজনৈতিক বিশ্লেষকদের ভাবনার, চিন্তার একটি বিষয়। এই মুহুর্তে মাইনাস টু এজন্যেই আলোচনায় যে বর্তমান সরকার সহসা নির্বাচন দিবে নাকি নির্বাচন বিলম্বিত হবে।

দুবছড়, আড়াই বছড়, দেড় বছড় নাকি এক বছড় পরে গিয়ে সে নির্বাচন হবে এর উপরেও নির্ভর করছে অনেক কিছু। যতই আলোচনায় প্রাধান্য পাক মাইনাস টু সেটি বাস্তবায়ন যে প্রায় অসম্ভব এটিও কিন্তু অনেকেই বোঝেন। দেখা যাক শেষ মেশ কি হয়।
