I am confident that under your leadership the United States will prosper and inspire others around the world.’

যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের ৪৭তম প্রেসিডেন্ট নির্বাচিত হওয়ায় ডোনাল্ড ট্রাম্পকে অভিনন্দন জানিয়েছেন অন্তর্বর্তী সরকারের প্রধান উপদেষ্টা ড. মুহাম্মদ ইউনূস। আজ বুধবার ট্রাম্পকে অভিনন্দন জানিয়ে বিবৃতি দিয়েছেন তিনি।

শুভেচ্ছা জানানোর পাশাপাশি প্রেসিডেন্ট হিসেবে জাতিকে নেতৃত্ব দেওয়ার গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এ যাত্রায় ট্রাম্পের সাফল্য কামনা করেন ড. মুহাম্মদ ইউনূস।

বিবৃতিতে ট্রাম্পের উদ্দেশে ড. ইউনূস বলেন, ‘যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের প্রেসিডেন্ট নির্বাচনে বিজয়ী হওয়ায় আমি বাংলাদেশ সরকার ও বাংলাদেশের জনগণের পক্ষ থেকে আপনাকে আন্তরিক অভিনন্দন জানাই। দ্বিতীয় মেয়াদের জন্য প্রেসিডেন্ট নির্বাচিত হওয়া এটাই বোঝায় যে আপনার নেতৃত্ব ও লক্ষ্য যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের জনগণের মধ্যেও প্রতিফলিত হয়েছে। আমি নিশ্চিত, আপনার নেতৃত্বে যুক্তরাষ্ট্র উন্নতি করবে ও বিশ্বজুড়ে অন্যদের অনুপ্রাণিত করবে।’
